What is the dress code?

Smart casual. We do not enforce a jacket-and-tie code, but we do not seat sportswear, beachwear, or trainers in the dining room or at the card-room tables. The bar is more relaxed.

Are children welcome?

Saspherton is an eighteen-plus venue. Children are not seated.

Do you have step-free access?

Step-free entry to the ground floor is available via the Devonshire Mews entrance — please advise on booking and we will meet you at that door. The first floor (Dining Room) is not step-free; we apologise for the listed-building constraint.

Reserve a table.

Members and their guests are welcome to reserve in The Card Room, The Hertford Bar, or The Dining Room. The salon accepts reservations between two weeks and six weeks in advance, depending on Klub status.

§ How reservations work

How reservations work.

Klub members may reserve up to six weeks ahead. Non-members may reserve up to two weeks ahead. The reservations team will confirm by email within one working day. For tables of six or more guests, we may request a £25-per-cover deposit at the time of booking; the deposit is fully redeemable against the bill.

Reservations may be cancelled or amended without charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. Same-day cancellations of tables of six or more incur a £25 per cover charge. Klub-evening reservations follow a separate cancellation schedule, set out at the time of booking.

For tables of more than twelve, please write to events@saspherton.co.uk — the events team handles parties up to seventy guests, including whole-salon hire.
